Welcome to the family business.

FBI agent Malcolm Turner, a.k.a. Big Momma, is back as he/she again dons his/her blonde wig and red floral muumuu in order to covertly investigate a murder and bring down the bad guys.

This time, Turner and his 17-year-old son, Trent, go undercover at an all-girls performing arts school in Georgia after Trent witnesses a gangland murder.

Posing as Big Momma and daughter Charmaine, they must identify the and bring the murderer to justice before the father-son troupe is uncovered and killed, too.
