The Complete Lecturer’s Toolkit is an interactive CD designed to provide the FET College Lecturer with everything they need to know in order to teach, assess and administrate in a FET College environment. The information provided in the Complete Lecturer’s Toolkit is based closely on the policy documents of teaching and assessment in the FET College NCV programmes, as well as the Fundamental and Vocational curriculum documents provided by the Department of Higher Education.

Because this is an interactive product, the lecturer or college will  be able to manipulate or work in all the tutorials, examples, documents and templates provided in the CD in order to make them their own. Once the Lecturer has completed his/her work in a document, they can either save it to their personal or college computer or print it for immediate use. The various tutorials will also enable lecturers to develop their own documents and templates when required.

This CD is generic to all subjects and across all levels in the NCV FET College programmes. Lecturers involved in Learnerships or the NATED courses will also find valuable information in this CD.

Using this CD within the FET College environment will :

• ensure standardisation between college campuses

• facilitate in-house lecturer development sessions

The Complete Teacher’s Toolkit is formatted in Word and is compatible to Microsoft Word programmes.
